Materials are reacted, mixed, heated and stirred in slurry preparator, then enter aging tank. Meanwhile some coarse powder dissolved in dissolving tank by adding water. The dissolved slurry then enter the aging tank according to certain ratio. Dissolving tank is provided with weighing device controlled by PLC. After slurry get fully hydration reaction in aging tank. The magnetic filter remove metal, the crushed and filtered materials are sent to top spray tower by low/high pressure pump.

Technology Characteristics

1.The slurry preparator by unique mixing technology, makes the prepared slurry uniform. Color, compactness, strength more ideal.

2.Aging tank is for hydrate aging of slurry. There are coil pipe outside the tank to maintain the slurry temperature, inside tank there is a stirrer, it is effectively avoid slurry stratification. Keep slurry aging evenly.

3.Crusher is the specialized equipment for crushing and homogenizing slurry. After crushing, coarse particles in slurry can be refined, and then filtered by the screen. Impurity is discharged from the exhausting port, reducing the accident of blockage.
