The softened drinking water, AES, AEO, LABSA, liquid caustic soda and other bulk materials are pumped to the slurry preparation. The solid material of the salt and sodium citrate is first formulated into an aqueous solution which is then pumped to the slurry preparation. The metering of these materials is done by a weighing module mounted on the dosing tank and controlled by a computer program. Other minor materials and solid materials are weighed between weighing and then manually charged according to the process. The material is stirred and reacted completely in the batching pot, and after being inspected, it is cooled and allowed to stand. After the bubbles in the semi-finished product are consumed, the packaging can be carried out. The finished product tank is set at a high position, and the high pressure difference of the liquid is used to flow to the packaging section, and then the filling machine performs filling, capping and labeling. Filled qualified products are packed in empty containers, sealed in boxes, and finally delivered to the finished product warehouse.
