Product Description

Slurry preparation is the key to the whole process.

All kinds of bulk raw materials are controlled by computer and are fed into the slurry preparator through the respective transfer pumps according to the proportion of the formula. The weighing module installed on the slurry preparator. It is used to measure the opening and stopping of the pump, and the minor materials are directly put into the slurry preparator by manual weighing.

A series of physical and chemical reactions such as neutralization, heat transfer, mixing and homogenization are accomplished by mixing in the tank and circulating outside the tank.

After the slurry preparation are completed, pump them to the finished storage tank and wait for the packaging after standing and defoaming.

The process equipment mainly includes a batching tank, a transfer pump, a filter, a finished product tank and the like.
