Product Description

Liquid Detergent production lineis operated by making premix using synthetic surfactant and soap which includes neutralization of fatty acids with the help of NaOH or potassium hydroxide. At the next step caustic soda, sodium tripolyphosphate, sulphonic acid, water, & fragrance is added and mixed at high temperature to create a homogenous product. During last stage, Liquid Detergent Making Machine cools and mills the blend created during and first two stages and powdered enzyme is added in precise amounts.
