Product Description

1. A dedicated incinerator can simultaneously supply the cutlassier with high temperature combustion air at 500℃ and the curing furnace with high temperature hot air at 600℃;

2. The incinerator usus cupola exhaust gas with a calorific value of 300kcal/m as the main fuel, while natural gas is only used as the starting fuel; Compared with the production line of rock wool heated by natural gas in curing furnace, the annual fuel cost is saved more than 2 million yuan.

3. Stable operation of the incinerator, temperature fluctuation range can be stable to ±5℃;

4. Cooperating with the exhaust dust collector system specially developed by our company, we can ensure that the heat exchanger of the incinerator does not need to clean up the ash on the flue gas side of the heat exchanger in one quarter.
