Meibao designs and manufactures detergent powder and liquid detergent production systems according to each project’s products, process requirements, capacity, site conditions and preferred level of automation.

For a detergent powder production line, the first questions include whether the project will produce base powder through spray drying, use an independent post-blending process, or combine the two sections. Raw-material preparation, drying, powder handling, screening, conveying and packaging must be coordinated around the selected production route.

A liquid detergent production line may include raw-material preparation, dosing, mixing, storage, transfer and filling or packaging sections. The final configuration depends on the intended products, formula information, batch arrangement, required output and factory conditions.
