From Equipment Manufacturing to Production Projects

Our exhibition preview video introduces Meibao’s equipment manufacturing and production line applications, including detergent powder, liquid detergent and sodium silicate systems. It offers a starting point for the conversations we look forward to having with customers in Hong Kong.

Detergent powder production equipment will be our main discussion focus. Depending on the project and selected process, customers can explore the configuration and connection of raw material preparation, production processing, post-addition, conveying and packaging equipment.

For customers planning a new plant, these discussions can help identify the production stages and supporting facilities that need consideration. For existing factories, the focus may be on adding capacity, upgrading particular sections or connecting new equipment with the current line.

The project topics highlighted in our video—capacity, layout and packaging—provide a practical starting point for a meeting with our team.

Your target products and planned output help establish the direction of the discussion. Factory space, existing equipment and material flow provide context for considering equipment arrangements. Customers are welcome to bring a simple factory layout, an existing equipment list or a brief description of their plans. Energy conditions, automation requirements and the proposed supply scope can also be discussed. Complete formulations and detailed engineering documents are not necessary for an initial conversation.

Alongside detergent powder equipment, our team will be available to discuss liquid detergent production systems and sodium silicate production lines. For liquid detergent projects, discussions can cover mixing, storage, transfer, filling and packaging according to product and project requirements.
