Product Description

Powder pre-mixing: Under small production, weighing is manual , material will be poured into slurry preparator. Under large production, there are automatically dosing system, powder materials sent to metering bin by screw conveyor. Metering bin is provided with weighing device, signal connect to PLC system, input various weight as per formula in the computer, and then the powder materials will enter the slurry preparator according to ratio and sequence.

Liquid pre-mixing: Liquid in elevated tank self-flow into metering tank. Metering tank has weighing device, signal connect to PLC system, input foumula data, liquid materials enter the slurry preparator according to each ratio and sequence.
