Product Description

The rotary flash dryer feeds the dried material through a screw conveyor to the dryer. A stirring paddle having a conical bottom is provided at the lower portion of the dryer to pulverize the material to be dried. The heated high-temperature high-speed hot air enters the dryer from the airflow distributor, rotates upward, and the material is fluidized and dried under the action of the stirring paddle. The material is qualified by the classifier, and the humidity and granularity are qualified. From the outlet of the dryer, after gas-solid separation, it becomes a product. The material with high humidity and large particle size is swung down and continues to dry until it is qualified.
